Daylyn Bidlack

Controller/Lead Accountant

A licensed CPA since 2017, Daylyn Bidlack has been in public and industry accounting since 2013. Her background in public accounting includes leadership roles in audit (specializing in employee benefit plan audits) and experience in taxation. She has served as Controller at multiple organizations, overseeing accounting functions and ensuring financial integrity. Throughout her career, Daylyn has worked in a diverse range of industries including professional services, commercial real estate, and private wealth management. Her experience has equipped her with expertise to support clients in every stage of their financial journey.

Daylyn joined Rick Young Financial Service in 2024 to help get RYFS Tax (the tax and accounting division of the firm) started. She is excited to use her experience – in tax preparation for both individuals and businesses, audits, financial reporting, internal controls, and cash flow management – to help clients maintain clear, well-organized financial records and better understand their financial picture.

Daylyn holds an MBA from Wayne State College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is passionate about helping clients – whether it’s providing accurate, trustworthy accounting and tax services, or helping clients stay financially organized and compliant. Originally from Kaneohe, Hawaii, Daylyn currently lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband and three children.
